Litigation Attorney The candidate will be working directly with clients, opposing counsel, and teammates, so must be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Should have 1+ years of experience in litigation. Membership of State Bar is preferred. Must be a self-starter, responsible, organized, hard working, and have a great attitude. An understanding of the Code of Civil Procedure and discovery deadlines are needed. Experience propounding and responding to discovery is needed. Excellent communication skills are essential. Should be able to work autonomously and part of a team.
