Temporary Residential / Commercial Real Estate Closing Attorney The candidate will draft, review and negotiate contracts for the purchase and sale of residential dwellings in NYC including condominium, co-op and multifamily. Will review title and work with title company and all parties to resolve title issues. Prepare closing documents. Perform adequate due diligence investigation. Close transactions. New York Bar admission is required. Must have 1+ year of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions and commercial leasing. Additional experience in all facets of commercial litigation a plus. Experience with all aspects of residential transactions, including sales, acquisitions, and financing is needed.
