Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate must be able to attend hearings, conduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, understand the litigation process/timeline, draft motions, pleadings, etc. Must be driven and organized and great at legal research and writing and must have fluency in English and Spanish. Should have 2 years of litigation experience and preferably 2 years experience of first party insurance. Should possess Florida Bar License.
