Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be working collaboratively with attorneys and other staff to ensure clients and co-counsel receive outstanding service and attention. Assisting the Corporate and General Litigation Departments at every stage of the litigation process, including the preparation, management and organization of documents and filings, and deposition and trial logistics. Associates degree or paralegal certificate. Should have 2+ years experience in a paralegal. Flexibility to travel and assist clients, attorneys and staff during trials and hearings. Must be flexible in work routine and work overtime as needed. Knowledgeable in litigation, automated support systems and cite-checking is needed. Knowledge of Delaware's State Courts and District Court is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is needed. Should have the ability to deal with interruptions and multiple pressures. Excellent communication, written and verbal skills, positive attitude, dependability, good judgment & initiative is needed. Should have the ability to work in a team environment. Litigation and E-filing (File & Serve and CM/ECF) experience is preferred.
