Entry Level Litigation Attorney The candidate will review and approve pleadings, motions, and responses; Review answered files and handle litigation, including court appearances; Track and respond to consumer/attorney correspondence throughout the litigation cycle; Provide efficient completion of assigned projects and tasks; Review status of cases and provide legal analysis on how to move forward; Negotiate resolutions with consumers/consumer attorneys; Complete suit review as well as demand review as needed. Must have Law degree from an accredited college or university. Current license to practice law in the State of Colorado is necessary. 1-3 years' experience as a licensed attorney is needed. Experience in collections law is preferred. Proven experience reviewing legal documents for accuracy is required. Mediation and/or arbitration experience in litigation is an asset.
