Attorney- Part-time, Contract Duties: Legal research; preparation of motions (not standard family law motions but motions requiring points and authorities or other specialized thought processes); preparation of discovery to be propounded and responses to discovery; administrative court appearances (preferred but not required); other case related projects as needed. Qualifications: CA Bar license preferred. Family law experience a plus. Able to create own schedule. May need to meet clients in person (on an as needed basis, to obtain information for discovery and/or motions, although this may not often be necessary). Work from home is a definite possibility once relationship established.
