Immigration Attorney The candidate will perform intake of cases. Will troubleshoot and establish case strategy. Draft and file petitions/applications. Communicate with clients regarding case processing and procedural issues. Update and manage status reports. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Must have 1+ years of immigration experience. Must have experience managing a large case load. Strong background in a full range of non-immigrant and immigrant categories as well as I-140 and I- 485 essential.
