Defense Litigation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have Bachelors degree or Paralegal Certificate. Should have 3+ years of legal experience, with a defense litigation background. Must be familiar with analyzing and summarizing documents, preparing discovery requests and responses, and preparing subpoenas, among other paralegal tasks. Should have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage a high volume of cases.
