Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will be assistance with preparing petitions, and gathering documents necessary to prepare petitions. Ability to listen to client issues, assess their needs, and be able to communicate the attorney appointed procedures with the Client. Arithmetic and math skills are a must. Bestcase operation and utilization, Microsoft Office, Pacer, knowledge required Prepare files for attorneys for Court. Must have strong grammar skills and communication skills. Provide support to paralegals, attorneys, other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Other duties as assigned by attorneys.
