Attorneys Candidates must have: An LL.M. degree in taxation is recommended. Attorney with 2+ years' experience in commercial and general litigation. Will be responsible for managing cases from discovery through trial with extensive client contact. Exceptional opportunities for professional growth and development. Must have superior academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills. One Attorney with 5+ years' experience in land use representing applicants before planning and zoning boards and other governmental agencies as well as handling real estate tax appeals in representing property owners before the County Board of Taxation and Tax Court of New Jersey. Another Attorney with 3-7 years' experience in estate taxation, administration and planning is required. Experience in New Jersey and New York corporate and business tax matters including transactional matters also desired.
