Associate Attorney The candidate must have Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) and must hold a current, valid state license to practice law, and practice according to the rules of professional conduct and ethical standards as required by the attorney's licensing state. Should have 1-3 years of relevant high volume legal experience, preferably in the Real Estate and Default industry. Litigation experience preferred. Must have licensed in Michigan to support clients in the Creditors' Rights Industry specifically Legal Collections.
