Labor and Employment Staff Attorney The candidate will work in the Labor and Employment department. Will be actively involved in a broad range of employment litigation, labor law, and employment advice matters. This attorney will help design practical, strategic solutions to the issues faced by the department s client base. Also assist in due diligence and document drafting for merger and acquisition transactions and other business matters. Will get hands-on experience in all facets of employment and business law. Will get excellent training in employment litigation. Work directly with clients on issues vital to their organizations. 1-2 years of experience is highly desired. Should have excellent analytical and writing skills. Must have Strong academic performance.
