Junior Real Estate Attorney Duties : The candidate will manage transactional review of all documents related to the foreclosure process. Attend scheduled conferences, court hearings, foreclosure sales and mediations. Residential settlement/closing knowledge a plus, or willing to learn. Draft and/or review motions, other court pleadings, and/or contracts. Qualifications : The candidate should be a JD from an accredited US law school. Must have Membership in Virginia Bar - DC and MD a plus. Should have 1-3 years experience practicing attorney in the area of Real Estate or Collections. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
