Family Law Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys and paralegals with the preparation of court filings. Filing documents with the court. Preparation of evidence for trial. File maintenance. Client service and support. Should have 1+ years of full-time paralegal experience in a law firm. Must have Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or similar. Should have familiarity with family law court pleadings and procedure. Pleading drafting experience required. Must have Client service experience. Should have experience with hourly billing and time keeping.
