Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be able to multi-task and take initiative in a busy, fast-paced work environment. Excellent writing and critical thinking skills required. Both Federal and State litigation experience necessary. Civil rights litigation and Appellate experience required. 5 years of similar paralegal experience preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree, and/or Paralegal certificate required. Experience managing discovery in complex litigation matters required.
