Litigation Paralegal The candidate will evaluate and summarize medical records. Will analyse medical billing (Howell Analysis). Coordinate expert witnesses for litigation cases. Draft legal documents, such as deposition notices, subpoenas, and other discovery pleadings. Compile, analyze, and summarize data. Conduct legal research. Manage electronic discovery and files. Assist in all phases of case preparation, as well as discovery. The candidate should have paralegal certification from an ABA accredited school. Must have 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in California. Experience handling GL/Auto Liability Defense cases is required. Strong analytical and research skills are needed. Legal project management experience is essential. Experience with client billing is a must. Prior trial experience a plus.
