Property Tax Paralegal The candidate must have experience and knowledgeable in preparing detailed documents to challenge property tax assessments and meeting multiple and simultaneous deadlines before the Assessor's Office, the Board of Review and the Circuit Court. Must be familiar with appropriate evidence to support various property valuation claims. Preparation of case analysis. Drafting briefs (knowledge in the Income and Sales Comparison Approaches). Must be conscientious in providing status updates to clients. Experience with Word, Excel and Access a plus. A Paralegal certificate and/or college degree preferred but not mandatory.
