Associate Attorney The candidate should be mid-level defense litigation attorney with a J.D. degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school. Must be an active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar. Litigation experience in insurance coverage/defense is required. Strong experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, conducting depositions, making court experiences and trial preparation needed. Should have excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills, comfortable presenting cases in front of judges and juries.
