Litigation Staff Attorney Candidate with admittance to the state Bar is required. Must have: 2 years experience in general litigation. Experience handling all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including discovery, motion practice and document review. Experience with deposition and hearing preparation. Experience Trial experience is a plus. Superior legal research, writing and analytical skills. Excellent organization skills. Superior in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
