Junior Patent Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: drafting and prosecuting quality patent applications; particularly relating to electrical, computer science, networking, and mechanical technologies; working autonomously, yet maintaining communication with Partners; and cultivating relationships with the Firm's existing and future clients. Degree in electrical engineering or computer science is desired. Other high-technical degrees such as mechanical, mathematics, physics, etc. are acceptable with appropriate experience. Must have 1-3 years of software/hardware patent preparation and prosecution experience. General knowledge of computer systems, computer networking, and software/hardware is required. USPTO registration is needed. Must be licensed to practice law in at least one state. Should have strong academics, law firm experience, and superb research and writing skills.
