Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join firm that specializes in personal injury litigation. Will assist in the preparation, drafting and reviewing of legal filings. Assist in the preparation of discovery requests and discovery responses. Assist with legal research and preparation of legal memoranda. Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state and local rules of court and court orders. Assist in the recording and updating of client and file information. Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant required. Should have familiarity with legal research. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish).
