SSDI Hearing Attorney The candidate must have a strong commitment to disability rights and social justice advocacy to represent individuals in their applications for Social Security/SSI benefits. Will be conducting client interviews, filing applications, hearing preparation, drafting briefs, reviewing medical evidence and appearing at administrative hearings. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should have experience with SSI/SSDI processes and proceedings. Should have excellent opportunity for attorneys seeking immediate experience representing clients before Administrative Law Judges. Must have proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
