Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will, under the direction of an attorney, assist with commercial real estate closings, review title and survey, revise and review leases amendments, non-disturbance agreements; organize and maintain files; and prepare closing documents. Should preferably have a four-year degree (or the equivalent) with 3+ years of extensive commercial real estate experience. Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.
