Associate Attorney - Litigation The candidate Should have extensive experience handling civil litigation mattersand be ready to hit the ground running. Responsibilities include: Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities including all aspects of discovery and trial preparation. Writing all pre-trial and trial motions. Taking and defending depositions. Attending and arguing hearings in both state and Federal court. Communication with Clients including status reports. Knowledge of all relevant laws. Must have 3-7 years solid litigation experience. Experience in complex commercial civil litigation cases from inception to trial is required. Bankruptcy, receivership experience helpful. Must be member of the California Bar.
