Bilingual Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. Upbeat self-starter who can work with limited oversight. Must have ability to manage family-based cases and keep cases on track through completion. Organize and prioritize a variety of tasks to meet deadlines. Proactive in working with attorneys and staff to best serve clients. Secret code 23 to be placed in email subject line when applying. Knowledge of general family immigration process and removal defense is required. Must have extreme attention to detail in preparing motions, briefs, and supporting documents. Should have experience as an immigration paralegal with family immigration and/or removal defense.
