Seeking Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of recent defense litigation experience. This candidate must be experienced in Employment and Labor Law and Condominium and Homeowners Association Law and be an independent professional. Must have someone with experience and knowledge of the Federal Court CM/ECF system and filings, Summation, preparation of discovery responses and objections, ability to assist with large document production, ability to utilize Adobe for electronic production issues and other such litigation paralegal tasks. The ability to properly capture time and bill according to guidelines is a must. Only those with the experience and abilities listed above that are Certified through a paralegal program, NALA or are a Florida Registered paralegal should apply. Must have: Experience in commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense. Independent professional. Experience and knowledge of the Federal Court CM/ECF system and filings. Experienced with use of Summation. Experience with preparation of discovery responses and objections. Experience with summarization of medical and other types of records. Ability to assist with large document production. Ability to utilize Adobe for electronic production issues and other such litigation paralegal tasks. Ability to properly capture time and bill according to guidelines
