Insurance Defense / Litigation / Construction Paralegal The candidate will assist in maintaining large, complex construction and insurance defense litigation files, including requesting records and documents, preparing summaries and timelines, drafting written discovery, managing voluminous sets of documents and assisting in the preparation of privilege logs, and deposition, mediation, and trial preparation. Must have law firm experience in personal injury, general liability defense litigation, or construction law and hold a general understanding of time entries and billable hour requirements. Must be able to work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities and attorneys caseloads. Should have excellent proofreading and communication skills with the ability to work directly and effectively with clients, counsel, experts, and witnesses.
