Associate Attorney - General Litigation The candidate should have 3 years of experience in civil litigation personal injury defense. Significant experience necessary in performing all aspects of discovery in personal injury matters as well as attending mediations. Must also have ability and desire to provide excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing, and analytical skills as well as drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. Associates are given meaningful, hands on legal work at every stage of their careers. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a track record of insightful research and persuasive writing abilities. Must also have ability and desire to provide excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing, and analytical skills as well as drafting pleadings. J.D. must be from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice in California. Should have 3-4 years of experience in personal injury defense. Significant Federal and State court experience is required. General liability litigation experience necessary.
