Defense Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work for law firm specializing in Medical Malpractice and Nursing Home Defense seeks Paralegal OR Nurse Paralegal. Must have at least 3 years of experience in one of these two areas of law. Must be Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be highly organized, hardworking, a self-starter and capable of working with little or no supervision. Duties include communication, managing litigation case load, summarizing medical records and depositions, and preparing for mediation and trial.
