Defense Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Independent management of a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Representing clients in matters related to construction / construction defect, architect & engineer liability, general liability, and premises liability. Working closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal. Handling court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations. Client communications. Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. 4 - 6 years of defense litigation experience. Experience defending construction / construction defect and/or design professional liability matters. Trial experience is preferred. Strong communication, advocacy, and writing skills. Professional, responsive, organized, and detail oriented.
