Paralegal The candidate will prepare CD for closing. Will communicate with brokers, banks, clients, attorneys, and title companies from beginning to end of loan process. Coordinate with parties to schedule closings. Prepare loan closing documents for various lender clients of firm. Must have specific experience with processing and closing residential mortgage transactions as a settlement agent. Must be familiar with TRID process. Notary Public a plus. Should have 1 year of experience.
