Attorney The candidate will work for the personal injury law firm. Will be handling all aspects of pre-litigation cases, such as conducting intake meetings, maintaining positive client relations, performing research/investigations, and negotiating settlements. Minimum of one (1) year of personal injury experience required. Strong negotiation skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must provide stellar customer service required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Must be an active member of the State Bar of Nevada in good standing.
