Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of experience. Should have excellent writing and interpersonal skills and experience practicing in state and federal courts. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is needed. Working knowledge of civil procedure, motion practice and discovery practice is needed. Admission to the Rhode Island Bar is required. Massachusetts Bar is preferred.
