Seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 2 years of experience. Candidate will work in Homeowners Insurance Division. While most cases will be handled in the state court system, will have familiarity with the federal court system. Will multitask, manage a workload under minimal supervision, handle a fast-paced work environment, pay attention to detail, and communicate effectively. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook. Must have experience drafting and proofreading correspondence and pleadings. Must be able to schedule depositions, mediation, court deadlines, manage clients, etc. Must be familiar with the state and federal filing systems.
