Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of business immigration law experience with a law office or in-house. Ability to handle cases and direct client contact is a plus. Foreign language is a plus. Experience with PERM is a plus. Ability to handle high volume of H, L, O, P, I, TN, E-2 and E-3 Visa cases in multiple industry sectors is essential.
