True North specializes in property rights and election law. The successful candidate will have experience with all phases of the litigation process. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to research and track outstanding documents. True North is a plaintiffs firm, and the nature of our work includes constant client contact. Responsibilities Request records and take initiative to follow-up on outstanding requests Draft correspondence and pleadings Maintain all production and record logs Maintain all client data and documents Prepare motion exhibits Assist attorneys and senior paralegal with projects Manage a high volume of data Correspond and confer with clients Skills Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and assignments. Self-starter, takes initiative on routine tasks. Strong writing skills and attention to detail. Team player. Extensive computer and database expertise/knowledge. Relativity is a plus. Paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification. Experience 3+ years paralegal experience preferred; real estate experience is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience. Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred), Excel, Outlook, IManage a plus.
