Associate Tax Attorney The candidate duties include: Communicating with clients and overseeing case to resolution. Prepare and review financial documents to determine the best resolution, such as Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Currently Non-Collectible and Penalty Abatement for IRS and State tax agencies. Communicate with all Federal and State tax agencies to obtain the best resolution for clients; release wage/bank levies; secure holds and meet deadlines. Prioritize case load and able to handle large volume of cases. Should have Ability to complete and close cases on a weekly basis. Must have Bar licensed Attorney in good standing. Should have 1+ year of Tax Resolution experience preferred. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent client servicing skills. Experience of 1 year (Preferred).
