Seeking Plaintiffs Personal Injury Paralegal with 5+ years' plaintiff's PI experience. Candidate's responsibilities will include independent (supervised) drafting of summons and complaints, bills of particulars, discovery demands and responses as well as motions and opposition to motions. Should be familiar with preparing and filing PC Requests and Notes of Issue as well as comfortable with client communication. Must have knowledge of plaintiff s personal injury litigation who is able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with medical malpractice and legal case management programs a plus.
