Litigation Paralegal The candidate's tasks will include: Drafting legal documents, working files to meet client timelines, partnering with the firm's attorneys and clients to manage loans accurately and timely through the foreclosure process. Manage firm's Texas litigation portfolio under direct attorney supervision. Ability to review and comprehend litigation referral packages from client involving probate, title, and contested foreclosure litigation and identify any missing information needed to file the lawsuit. Understand the Texas probate process and key milestones to an independent and/or dependent administration requiring legal action. Prepare legal documents for attorneys to review and execute, including but not limited to petitions, motions, orders for judgment, discovery, etc. Manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients timelines and expectations. Must have experience drafting civil litigation pleadings and filings. Required Education: College degree or equivalent. Preferred: Minimum 3 years experience in a civil litigation paralegal role.
