Family Law Attorney The candidate will litigate a family law matter from start to finish with actual courtroom experience. Will handle custody, visitation, support, protective orders, and divorce cases. Will develop family law cases by conducting research on various issues and case law. Will review, analyze, and draft legal documents with strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills. Will communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, including outside attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff with a high-level of personal integrity and professional ethics. Will track and manage billable hours and ensure adequate replenishments from clients. The candidate should have at least 1+ years previous experience in Family Law. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California. Should have Court experience handling Family Law matters and handling numerous files. Should have strong research, analytical and problem solving skills. Should have ability to build rapport with clients. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
