Patent Litigation Senior Paralegal The candidate must have Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. Should have years of experience as a paralegal. Experience in a large law firm or professional services organization is required. Experience with legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar technology is needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is needed. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a prerequisite.
