Seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 1 year experience. Candidate must have experience with preparing motions and discovery and a strong interest in building writing, deposition, and oral advocacy skills directly from seasoned litigation partners. Requirements will include excellent academic credentials; oral advocacy and writing skills; references; and active membership, in good standing, of the California Bar. Large law firm or established boutique experience is strongly preferred.
