Family Law Paralegal The candidate should have family Law work experience. Excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment. The capacity to freely communicate with co-workers and clients. Ability to work with a high caseload including but not limited to document management, assisting with coordination of calendars, and case-related deadlines. Receiving and uploading client documents through Sharefile and Bates labeling and organizing documents for discovery responses. Scheduling hearings, client calls, initial consultations, etc. Labeling, copying, and serving exhibits for hearings and trials. Maintaining case status report up to date. Sending client payments and PNC payments to accounting for processing. Should Have Bachelor's/associate' degree; 3-15 years of experience in Family Law Paralegal: Proficient in Microsoft Word, knowledgeable with Excel, and Outlook; Self-motivated and eager to work with demanding deadlines. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Docketing of all hearings, trials, discovery deadlines, etc. Potential client intake calls- returning calls in a timely manner, scheduling consultations, and sending necessary paperwork.
