Litigation Attorney The candidate should be admitted to State Bar of California. Prefer at least 2 years of general litigation experience, with both State and Federal courts preferred, Experience with motion practice and drafting complaints/motions. Owning reliable transportation and the ability to travel to court throughout California. Draft complaints and motions on a daily basis. Willingness and ability to advocate in court - A bulk of the associate's duties will be court appearances via court call or zoom as of now, so a familiarity with the differing court's in California is also a plus.
