Contractor Litigation Attorney The candidate will have strong analytical and litigation abilities, excellent writing and communication skills, and an energetic commitment to strong, ethical advocacy for clients. California bar membership is required. Ability to work with minimal supervision is required. Must have 3+ years of litigation experience (employment law experience a plus). Ability to work remotely and sometimes in office. When working remotely, must be available and responsive during regular business hours. Must be client-centered, easy to work with, and take work, too seriously.
