Civil Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will draft lawsuits, answers, and discovery, as well as assist with taking depositions, handling hearings, and performing mediations. Additionally, applicant will assist in formulating litigation plans, and perform miscellaneous other tasks. Active member of the North Carolina State Bar (Preferred). Must be a team player, have excellent writing skills, be attentive to detail, have strong oral communication skills, and have a strong work ethic. A North Carolina law license and valid driver's license are required. Must be able to work independently and be able to multi-task. prefer someone with 1-3 years of civil litigation experience, but will consider new graduates as well. This position is available immediately.
