Appearance Attorney The candidate will handle court appearances part-time in Superior Court, city locations. Hearings will be for uncontested probate, conservatorship, and family law matters. Number of monthly hearings will vary. Average court appearances for 2020 have been one per week. Will be provided with an updated calendar on a weekly basis. Must be professional, punctual, and dependable. Must have a reliable vehicle and a smartphone to receive and send both text and emails.
