Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 3+ years of recent experience as an immigration paralegal with removal defense. Experience in removal defense such as, but not limited to, asylum, bond, motions, stays of removal, cancellation of removal. Must be familiar and update to date with removal defense procedures with immigration court. Excellent written and oral communication skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and legal software applications; Fluency in Spanish; and Must be reliable and have a professional demeanor.
