Defense Litigation Paralegal Candidate with Bachelors degree or Paralegal Certificate is preferred. Should have 5+ years of legal experience, with a strong defense litigation background. Must be familiar with analyzing and summarizing medical records, preparing letters rogatory and deposition notices, and handling out-of-state subpoenas, among other paralegal tasks. Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage a high volume of cases.
