Mid Level Corporate Staff Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of corporate law firm experience, preferably in the Bay Area. Should have substantial experience representing emerging companies and venture capital investors in general corporate matters and private financing activities and should expect that such transactions and matters would represent a significant portion of their practice. Experience in securities offerings under the Securities Act of 1933 and in ongoing reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 is welcome. Must be an active member of the California Bar. Must have outstanding writing and analytical skills, top academic credentials and a commitment to excellence.
